Step #1 - Build mental fitness

Sign Up for the Mental Fitness Program
Considering ‘What’s next for me?’ is a big deal. It takes the presence of wisdom and the absence of negative thoughts.
That’s mental fitness.
In this program has 2 distinct phases:
Phase I: First 8 weeks - Learn & practice with new muscles. You get to build a foundation strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your wise, positive self). You will see and feel results in Week 1.
Phase II: Following 10 months - Apply to your top priorities. With the foundational skills in place, you will have entered into a casual community of other mentally fit professionals. You will enjoy continued success in applying to more priorities in your life
a new role, position
dealing with a difficult client

8-Week Overview
Week 0 — Introduction
Great dancing starts with getting the rhythm of the music. This week’s session is dedicated to answering questions, setting up details, and ensuring you are prepared to start strong.
Week 1 — Self-Command & PQ Reps
Through a breakthrough process called PQ® Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ® Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ® Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Week 2 & 3 — Judge & Accomplices
Negative thoughts infiltrate our thinking in an attempt to keep you ‘safe’ and protected from…everything. While helpful in SOME cases, thriving calls us to live bigger, reach further. In these weeks, you get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.
Weeks 4-7 — Build Sage Muscle
You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.
Further Application
Group Coaching is done through the lens of Positive Intelligence. It is an operating system. It is part of you: how you think, how you approach problems, how you consider opportunities, how you behave. In the 7-week program, you develop the three core muscles. In subsequent sessions, Alex works with you independently to integrate the power of positivity into your daily routine. She helps you reduce your stress, increase your resilience, and apply the principles of positive intelligence to live a fuller, healthier life.
Positive Intelligence: It’s a No Full Brainer
Positive Intelligence provides a neuroscience-based approach to mental fitness. The premise of PQ is that certain modalities of the mind, generally associated with prolonged “negative” emotions, sabotage one’s mental wellbeing, performance, and relationships. These modalities are therefore labeled “Saboteurs” and associated with the “Survivor Brain.” Conversely, other modalities of the mind, generally associated with prolonged “positive” emotions, promote one’s wellness, optimal performance, and healthy relationships. These modalities are labeled “Sage” and associated with the “PQ Brain.”
The research on PQ revealed that there are 10 negative response factors (saboteurs) and only 5 positive response factors (sage powers). Intercepting one’s Saboteur and activating one’s Sage automatically results in a wide array of impacts including stress management, relationship improvement, performance, selling and persuasion, creativity, leadership, resilience, and happiness.
